1. Not an official Minecraft product

NOT AN OFFICIAL MINECRAFT PRODUCT. NOT APPROVED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH MOJANG OR MICROSOFT.

TierNation is an independent, community-run fan project. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. TierNation is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by Mojang, Microsoft, Discord, or any other tier list, server or organisation, including MCTiers, whose open-source TierTagger mod ours is based on. All trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify their products.

2. Tiers are opinions

Tiers, points, titles and rankings reflect our testers' judgement of how a player performed in a test, at that time. They are opinions, not statements of fact, and not a certification of skill, character or conduct. They may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Don't rely on them for decisions that matter, such as recruiting, prizes or payments, without your own checks.

3. Information on the site

We try to keep the Service accurate, but give no guarantee that anything on it is correct, complete or current. Links to other sites are for convenience; we don't control or endorse them. Player-supplied content (such as names, skins and evidence links) is the responsibility of whoever supplied it.

4. Liability

Your use of the Service is at your own risk. Our liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Service.
